Back when I had a sex blog and wrote as Queerie Bradshaw, I appeared on a burgeoning YouTube channel called Sexplanations where I talked with Dr. Lindsey Doe about body image, queerness, self-confidence, and blowjob tricks. This appearance – which coincided with my very first time wearing a bikini in public – was the beginning of what became my two years of talking and writing about Bawdy Love.
Now, four years later, Sexplanations has over 390,000 subscribers on YouTube, I have my book, Bawdy Love: 10 Steps to Profoundly Loving Your Body, and Lindsey and I have stayed friends and colleagues (she even mentioned me in her video on crushes – making me totally turn red and run around the house like I was in sixth grade again).
Sexplanations now has a podcast where Dr. Doe revisits old episodes and interviews old guests. Including me!
